Component Epoxy Prepregs

  • Partially bio-based and toughened with 30 days out-life, excellent surface finish, medium tack level and Tg (onset) of 124ºC.

  • High Tack, excellent surface finish and Tg (onset) of 128ºC. 21 days out-life. Flexible curing as low as 65ºC.

  • Medium tack and with a Tg (onset) at 169ºC, offering higher service temperature.

  • Low exotherm epoxy prepregs for thick laminates up to 50 mm. With a Tg (onset) at 122ºC, high tack level and excellent surface finish. Flexible curing from 65ºC and 21 days out-life.

  • Medium to low tack, Tg (onset) of 118ºC, excellent finish, 30 days out-life, and meets UL94 V0 standard.

Sustainable Prepregs

  • Driven from crop waste, this prepreg offers outstanding FST performance, low toxicity and low VOC emissions, for aircraft interior (FAR 25.853 including OSU) and rail (EN 45545-2 R1, R6 HL3) applications. Medium tack, 14 days out-life and wide range of Tg.

Tooling Prepregs

  • Epoxy-based offering a Tg (onset) of 192ºC, high tack and excellent surface finish with a 4 day out-life.

  • Epoxy-based offering a Tg (onset) of 158ºC with medium tack level and out-life of 10 days.

  • Benzoxazine-based offering a Tg (onset) of 180ºC with low tack and work life at 20ºC of 1 year.

High-Temperature Prepregs

  • Bismaleimide Prepreg with Tg up to 350°C after post-cure. 30 days out-life and 24 months of storage at -18 °C. Suitable for both tooling and component, requiring high service temperature.

  • Cyanate ester prepreg with service temperature up to 340°C and localized exposure up to 400°C after post cure. 21 days out-life and 1 year storage in the freezer.

  • A semi-structural highly flame-retardant bio-derived prepreg designed for use in heat and flame shielding applications such as EV battery packs. Service temperature up to 250°C with 15-minute abuse temperature resistance up to 1200°C. 21 days out-life and 1 year storage in freezer.
